Day 1- Gluten Free
Breakfast
Traditional Oatmeal cooked in milk, with agave syrup and fresh blueberries
Plain Yogurt topped with agave syrup and cinnamon
Snack
Mary's Gone Crackers,
Lunch
2 slices Glutino toast, 2 pats butter, topped with 2 fried eggs in olive oil
Snack
Small apple, sliced with 1 tbs peanut butter
Dinner
Macaroni and Cheese, see recipe http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1578349
*substitute 8 ozs. Tinkyada brown rice shell pasta, soy flour for flour (could have used corn starch)
Teriyaki Salmon with broccoli, kale, and red pepper
*Teriyaki sauce composed of San-J Gluten Free Teriyaki, San-J Gluten Free Tamari sauce and a pinch of brown sugar
Dessert
half cup of vanilla ice cream, handful semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmellows
*already in my pantry, but all verified online to be Gluten free
Beverages
I always drink water
